New York New York

I spent last summer in New York to do an internship at a fashion company… writing these words I still can’t believe this happened to me but it did and boy did I have fun. I did so many things that I carefully wrote down in my New York Moleskine (these things are the best!) , I will try and share with you my favorite spots in the city.
The picture was taken from my residence’s rooftop, I was playing with my camera’s settings, I love how they give the picture a vintage style. My parents had just bought me a Canon 500D for my birthday a few months in advance (I was borned in November), they figured it would be useful in the big Apple, how right were they!
I know this is a random post, but I don’t know whether it was the Fashion Week or simply the fact it has been 7 months, I have start missing New York a lot. You’d think living in Montreal I would go to New York a lot but it’s still over 8h away by bus, I also fear I might be disappointed, after all I was living there, going back as a tourist might not be enough…
Summer 2010 will forever be one of my best summers ever, I would do it again if I could.
7th Av between 14th and 15th St.
If you guys have the opportunity to go there sometime, don’t hesitate, it might look scary at first, but it is the best experience ever. I spent my weekends either with friends I made there or my Canon and both options were magical.
New York I LOVE YOU!
